SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from France.

Most of the year, we ship overseas for free without a minimum amount of purchase. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees, paid to the carrier upon parcel reception.

Free shipping doesn't include duties, taxes and customs fees. 

During Sales, Private sales, Promotion, Sundress has the right to allocate a minimum amount of purchase to offer the delivery. Below the mentioned amount, shipping costs will be charged to customers. Sundress must aware the Client about the specific free shipping condition on the banner and at the shipping method step. 

Orders processed in European Union countries will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-4 days, depending of the clearance. 

We use DHL Express services for domestic and international shipping for most of countries. For countries that are not included in DHL Express services we use all major carriers, and local courier partners depending on the destination.
